Yarn Along.....progress!

7:52 AM

Today I'm joining Ginny over at Small Things for the weekly yarn along.......come along too and be inspired by some very creative women!!

I am making progress with my spring cleaning and also with my spring jacket for Hannah Grace.....just need to finish up those sleeves and find the perfect buttons! We have been spending loads of time outside as the temps have been in the 60's and 70's these last few days! Spring is officially here!!

I went to take a picture of the pile of books that came this week from Amazon.......mostly books for Caleb as we begin a new unit on birds, bees, seeds and all things Spring!! But found the baby enjoying the box.....so I figured a baby pic is cuter then a pic of a pile of books!!

I have been reading The Daniel Fast which hubby and I began this past Monday. We are participating in the 21 day version and this will takes us to Easter Day. I only heard about it a week ago but was interested right away and felt God leading us to do this. It's a fast of vegetables and fruit and water. So far so good.....we are on day three and I feel great! So I guess you could call this spring cleaning for the body and soul!! We are in a season of life in which we are looking to the Lord for specific leading in different areas of our lives.......I so want to keep to the paths He wants us on and so during this fast we are seeking His face and His will for our family.......

I am excited to cast on for a new spring cardi for me!!! Yeah! Hopefully sometime this week! I am thinking I need a plan for all those patterns I have favorited on Ravelry! Help ladies! How do you organize or keep track of them.......or do you????? Happy knitting!!

As to the ravelry patterns, tag them. use your tags and you can sort them really easily AND search them well :)
